We start early here at Brunch Café. Before you even think about hitting the snooze button on your alarm, our staff is up and working, ensuring that we’ve got fresh ingredients for every dish. That same dedication goes into all of our prep work, from slicing fresh fruit and produce to mixing pancake and waffle batter and prepping sauces. Our bakers also start work on fresh-made pastries, breads, and other baked goods before the sun rises.
Once we open the doors and online orders start rolling in, the kitchen becomes a study in organized chaos. So much needs to be done right now, but our passionate staff members are more than up to the challenge. From the grill to the oven, prep to pastry chef, everyone is committed to communication and coordination to make sure that your meal is the best it can be.
This is where the magic happens: creating your meal. Every meal that leaves our kitchen is created with you in mind. We want you to enjoy a relaxing moment in your hectic day, whether you’re grabbing a bite while heading to the office or getting lunch while catching up with an old friend. That’s true no matter which of the Brunch Café dishes is your jam, from our carrot cake pancakes to our paninis and gourmet burgers. (We can even make your meal gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-free, just ask!)
